Rotting wing? (duck)

Hello, I have a duck that has been attacked by something a few days ago on his wing and it seems to be rotting. It smells and I recently brought him inside today and cleaned it with iodine and put neosporin on it. Does anyone know how I could fix it? I can also see some of his bone(or maybe it was just a feather bone idk). He's also been drinking water fine but I noticed he's been eating a little less food then usual. I also have amoxicillin and idk if I should use it yet or not?

Here's some images of his wing I also have some concerns for his feet since it looks all cut up. He's also at the bottom of the pecking order so he was always picked on and chased

@Isaac 0 is the duck expert around here. The white things growing out of his wings aren’t bones, they’re feathers.
