My baby boy is 5 1/2 weeks old, and I am wondering if he looks too big for his age? He is already bigger than a full grown Mallard. I know he is meant to be, but already?

Their are two sub categories of Rouen. Utility which are about five pounds, and show which get up to ten.

By now if they are female they should be starting to quack. Of course they are young for their feathers. What percentage feed are they on?

They have been on chick starter but I just bought (found at a workshop) duck starter/grower non GMO

Normally they should be on 20% until they are seven weeks old when they should get dropped down to 15%.

My female started Quacking yesterday. I guess I got lucky with the ducks I purchased. I got 2 pairs, one drake and one female of both Rouen and Pekin

Just be careful when they get older. Both drakes will mate both ducks.
