I can only imagine what the cow must think. No problem he's changed quite a bit I have to take some more pictures to kinda keep up with the progress. Still waiting on his drake curl though. The boys should be starting to get a greenish bill color. That's not a 100% every time probably but its something I've been noticing.

This is how you can tell boys from girls. Most of the time.

And females have what color bill ????

They should have the normal orangish color. The boys will turn sorta dark and greenish.

3 acres I'm borrowing your photo for a min hope you don't mind. If you look at this photo that 3 acres took of her ducks you can see the orangish beak and you can see the 2nd one in on the far left side has sort of a greenish tint to his bill. This is a great picture example of boys and girls when they are in the same plumage.
