Rouen ducks for meat?

So I planed on raising some (PQ) rouens for meat. would the PQs have enough meat on them to make it worth while? (drakes, not hens) I also have a few questions.
Do you scoled ducks? (probably spelled that wrong)
What would the water tempeture be?
when would you butcher the duck?
how long would it take for the drakes to get to their full size?
How many people would one feed?

Well, its either rouens or welsh harlequins. I would rather do a little more plucking on the rouens, then pluck two welsh harlequins everytime.
