Rouens?

I have 4 six week old ducks. When I got them at a few days old, they all looked identical. I was guessing they were all Rouens. One of the four I noticed over the past few weeks has subtle differences…his face was darker below his eyes, his feet and legs were darker and had different coloration. Now his developed tail feathers are brown whereas the others are dark black. (See pic) Is this just variations of the Rouens’ colors or do you think he/she is something different? My Muscovy looked just like them when he was small.

Oh, not good. That probably means that 3 of my 4 may be drakes.
