Looks like some calcium deposits on the egg shell. Sometimes, hens deposit too much calcium on the egg shell, or something else happens that causes them to do it. Its nothing to worry about; a lot of my chickens naturally have calcium deposits on their egg shells reguarly.
No.. she is a little over a year old, a Barred Rock. This just started about a month ago. Up until then her eggs were fine. Now every egg she lays is like this.
