Rough thin shell eggs

One of our 4 is laying some strange eggs.

They are approx 1 year old and have been laying since around may (southern hemisphere).

The bird in question is a light sussex. She lays every day, her eggs have always been smaller than the other birds but otherwise normal. For the last few weeks I have noticed her shells have got rough and they appear to be getting thinner shelled. Sometimes they have a little damage from the others laying after her (she is always first).

They all eat the same food (layer pellets) and have access to oyster shell but some ranging around our garden.

Any ideas on the cause and should I be concerned about it?

Has she been spending less time than normal in the sunshine? Are the days getting shorter where you live? Direct exposure to sunlight around 12 hours a day is needed to get vitamin d. Vitamin d helps them absorb other vitamins, like calcium, that makes their eggs more "hardy"... Is she stressed? Had an extreme weather change lately?

No real changes that wouldn't effect all 4 birds. It is well into spring now here and light from about 6.30am until bird bedtime of about 7.30pm.

We have had some seriously bad windy days but she doesn't seem stressed.
