Round 2 of is this egg fertilized? ??

Hello!
So I got a new rooster 1 month ago, when i tried to incubate a batch of silkie eggs from this pen 2 weeks ago, the eggs looked fertilized, but when I incubated the eggs for a week none developed. When I opened them up they weren't fertalized. So frustrating. So I cracked open an egg that was laid today, do you think the eggs are fertilized now? The roo is 10 months old.

This was a photo of the eggs that didn't develop, it looks fertile at first glance, but when I looked at the photo more closely I think I was looking at a white speak, but no hallo.
