Round 3: 4/4 Hatched!

Everyone is hatching. This is so great. I am going into lock down right now. When I put the towel in there I already have four pips and it is only day 19. What is with that? I hear alot of chirping going on and I know I am a day late for lockdown but I kept all the eggs faced the same way out as I put them back in.

My question to everyone here is, why are they coming so early? Is this normal? Last year my three hatches came on day twenty. I counted the day that they went in and today is 19 and these little feathered friends are anxious to get to farmin! Do I have a problem on my hands?

Lockdown at 6PM, four or five pipping of forty in the incubator. Here we go!

Woke up to 2 fuzzies in my bator. Happened sometime between 4am and 7am. I checked every 3 hours. lol Only one left and I can sleep till wed.

It's over. This awful staggered hatch is finally over. They last four eggs hatched fine and 2 are already in the brooder. I am exhausted and over all very happy. Still sad I lost the one little guy. I was really hoping to get them all. 1 chick out of three hatches and 17 eggs isn't too bad though. Could have been a lot worse.

Thanks for all the support and advice. I'll be back with my 4th hatch which goes into the hatcher on Sunday. Till then I am going to sleep. lol
