That's what I thought to but it always get rid of my mites. You give more ivermectin to a sheep than you do safeguard so I figured its probably not enough but I'm not sure.

If you want to use your sheep drench on poultry, give 0.56 ml per pound of bodyweight.

So doing a forum search and seeing that invermectin isn't effective for roundworms, should I just use safeguard again? I don't want to create resistance to the meds.

Ivermectin might treat large roundworms, but you would be better off treating with Safeguard.
