Royal Palm, Newbie, Help!

Hello! I have hatched a royal palm turkey from a clutch where the mother abandoned the four eggs that were left. One has made it, and I believe one other might. Here’s the catch:I’m visiting a family farm. They said if I can keep it alive great. All I have is a cardboard box and 250 heat lamp, or a normal incandescent bulb. How do I keep it warm? Do I need a bigger box? I have baby chicken food in there that I’m mixing with yeast and some mealworms but I’m not sure it’s eaten anything. And a small dish of water which it immediately got stuck in, so now I lowered the level, any tips here are much appreciated.

I hope to fly home with this chick and possibly the another in about a week.

I don't know a whole lot about turkeys, but if you haven't already, I'd recommend starting off by having a look through some of these articles for some information about raising turkeys/poults
