Hey everyone, I just bought 4 royal palms, they are about 2 weeks old. Brought them home put them in a brooder box and they layed their not moving for about 12 hours.
So based on some of my research, i'm a newbie but love to learn. my gf is a farm girl.. anyhoot
I read somewhere that i can introduce these babies to a chicken hen.
So first of all i have 2 Broad breasted bronze and the hen has 4 new pouts, no go she attacked them straight away,,, no injuries...
So i moved on to my best buff silkie who just hatched 7 silkies about 10 day's old no go attack...no injuries...
So i moved them in a larger brooder box with a red 40 watt bulb and about 4 hours after they finally started eating and chirping.
Tips and hints are welcomed..
I live in northern ontario canada

Leave them in the brooder. It is going to be better for them.

If they were day old you could try putting them under your broody.
