Hello all. This weekend I purchased 2 royal palms. I was at a local farm fair. It was a total impulse buy!
I'm completely new to turkeys. I was told that my turkeys are about 3 months old. I was wondering at around what age I should be able to tell what sex they are?
I am on my first experience with turkeys. Mine are probably about 3 months too, I have one white midget & 3 royal palms. They may be a lil younger.. I play turkey calls for them & the males puff up like a turkey. The females dont. I dont know how accurate that is, but I know for sure 2 are males. The other 2 dont ever puff up like that. So as of now, Im guessing they are females.
