We have put the rest of the ducks up in the coop and she is now very relaxed and sitting on her eggs, and two hatched chicks.

I would be cautious of a drake some could care less others can harm. I usually keep my mama duck and duckling separate with fencing so everyone can see each other and integration goes better, that way the ducklings are safe until they are at least 2 weeks old. Others may have a different approach.
Be sure to post pictures of them all once hatch is done we love pictrures.

I must say, our guy is a real gentleman. He is very sweet with his female.

My Muscovy drake was great with little ones mainly just stayed out of their way. Like if mama and ducklings were heading towards him he ran the other way.
I have read some that aren't so nice though.

The pair are sitting in the sun with their babies. She has gone back to the remainder of the eggs now. I was worried she was abandoning the rest of the eggs

I love them, they are beautiful. Did babies follow mom back to the nest?

Yes she called them and did a tail flick/wave and they ran back to her
