Rubber eggs then nothing

10-4. We'll see what happens. Everyone is acting happy and healthy.

Got one egg only again, and it was in a new laying box. Until now, they've only used one spot since I redid the run/coop a couple of months ago.

The good egg was in a new spot. The rubber one in their regular spot. No idea which bird is laying what.

And we're back! Though they're now both laying in the same new spot, after exclusively using another location. Go figure.

I had my first malfunction this morning with two (I think) rubber eggs. One was unbroken, the other was just yolk at the bottom of the coop under where they roost. Last night we had a pretty good storm. I went to check on them at about 3 am and accidentally shined my flashlight in their eyes. Do you think I may have frightened the eggs out of them before they were finished? Or maybe the storm?
