rubber pond liner?

Hi guys! I was just wondering if any of you use the rubber pond liner made by firestone for your aviary ponds. I was just worried about the sharp waterfowl nails ripping the liner to shreds as they exited the ponds. Still designing my aviary(not starting on it till spring, so I don't make a muddy mess). I plan on getting mandarins and woodies for the first few years and then maybe branching out from there after I have some experience. Thanx a bunch in advance,

I use the rubber pond liners from Lowes. I just put tiles on the corners where they get in and out to prevent scratching and to give them something to grip. Plus most the time they fly directly off the water anyhow. pics in the link in my signature.
