Ruffled feathers

Hey all! I have a 3 month old lavender Orpington pullet who’s feathers look ruffled. I’m not sure how else to describe them. All my other girls have smooth feathers. I do not have a roster and she is not getting picked on. I haven’t found mites or other critters. Any ideas?

I think she’s getting more adult feathers then the others , she looks beautiful to me ...
