Ruffled feathers?

We usually hatch our own chicks, but we got this bunch from TS on March 13. Their feathers are looking ruffled to me. I don’t recall this being normal…or is it? They are probably around 4/5 weeks old. Is this something to be concerned with? We did just have a 6 week old chick with them thinking it was injured but ended up being paralyzed and had to put her down, sadly. Don’t know if caused by disease or just a neurological thing. Either way, I’m stressing now thinking something is wrong with these babies!
