Also the roof above it is sloped so that rainwater will divert into the run.

Looks like there is a gutter there....but yeah, another valid concern.

Just finished my run!! We live in an urban track home, building a 12 foot by 4 foot coop with run. Super Easy so far.

Is there a gutter on the structure the coop and run are next to?

I am not seeing it.

If not all the rain and snow melt if you get snow will pour into the run.
