run pictures please

Ive always let our chickens roam with work being done on the garden its forcing me locking them in a run with some roaming time as and when I can so id like to see some runs for ideas on roofing it and what to have in it to keep them happy hens

Well, here is my coop page, it goes through the evolution of my run.

In a run it will probably turn to only dirt.

Options are:

1. You can plant stuff on the outside of the run so that the chickens can eat and leaves that grow into the run.

2. You can also make grow frames. These look like a picture frame, with wire where the picture would be. The frame protects grass or grain seeds so they can sprout up and the chickens can only eat the tops of the leaves.

It is a raptor, juvie coopers shopping for dinner 2 days after letting chooks into run, proving I needed a mesh covered run.....cause everyone was teasing me about wanting one.
