run roost pole pics please??

I had once seen a roost pole for the run. It was a long stick in the ground with individual roost's sticking out at different levels all around it.
Can someone please post a new pic? Thank bunches

Also, how much space between the roosts? A foot?

Right now, my roosts are equal height and no "bombing" is going on, but I need to add.
