Run size for 12 to 16 chickens?

i know half of my flock is bantam, but the others full sized. i am going to take some measurments today!

I have 16 Welsummer pullet chicks and 3 Welsummer roo chicks. My coop is 6X6 with an 5 hole outside accessible nest box. My run is 15W X 25L. I made my coop so that it has a trap door in the bottom and its about 2.5 ft off the ground. They can run in and out and I shut them up at night since they are only about a month old.

I am new to this chicken thing too but realize I need to build a chicken run or chicken tractor if I want to keep my girls alive! Had 5 hens, lost 2 to hawks!

Had 2 roos but had to get rid of one. They were fighting over the ladies & just too rough on them. I totally love having chickens & sure do enjoy the fresh eggs!
Can't wait for Spring when I order a dozen hen chicks and get to building to keep them safe.
