If I plan to have 15 to 20 chickens what size run do I need?

Depending on where you live (Texas, Wisconsin, Canada, UK, etc.), every area is different.
It is recommended to have 10 square feet of run per chicken so you would need 150-200 square feet of run. More would be better especially if you eventually have more chickens.

I would go big, chicken math is a thing. 500-600 SF sounds about right.

Regardless of climate, the bigger you can make it the better.
My flock of 23 is contained in a 1/3 acre pen and they utilize every sq ft of it.

Definitely go bigger! I agree with the above posters, 10sqft may be the minimum but that really is a small amount of space.
