Girvan padded up to her and bowed his head in respect. "Alpha, this is Garnet, who helped to win our recent battle with Darkpack. She fought with our pack with great personal risk to her own safety and position. I have brought her before you in hopes that you will let her join Stonepack as you once let me join."

Senkah's muzzle contorted in a slight snarl, and she snorted as her icy blue gaze rested upon Garnet's form. "Okay, let me get this straight. You don't like your pack anymore, so you come running to us?" Senkah's voice was dripping with sarcasm. "Why, may I ask? The life of killing dozens of innocent wolves not right for you anymore?"
 
Garnet raised her chin, "It wasn't dozens. It was three. Three pups. They were newborn. Their eyes weren't even open. They were half-pack, and their father had already been killed. That was the first order I disobeyed."

Senkah spoke over Garnet as she finished her last sentence. "You're defeating your own argument. The fact that those pups were half-pack means nothing. They had no chance to experience life. You're just as bad as the rest of that wretched band of rogues you came from." Senkah's voice was hard and unforgiving. "We just lost four wolves in the battle. One of those wolves happened to be a spy, but sides with us right before she died. Now that she's dead, I find it awfully questionable that right after she dies, another wolf from Darkpack comes running to us. You took the lives of four innocent pups. You are a murderer. What makes you think we want you among our ranks? What's stopping me from killing you right now?" A part of Senkah, however, was just testing to see what this wolf would do, and how she responded. If Senkah didn't approve, well, this wolf wouldn't be seen again.
 
Garnet felt rage creeping up inside her, "I did not kill my pups! I fought with you! I fought for you, against the pack I was born in! I killed the wolves who did kill my pups! Don't you dare call me a murderer, or a spy! You don't know what it was like to have the blood of four wolves spilled over your paws! To hear them cry out to you, while you were restrained from helping them! You don't know -" Her voice cracked.
 
Girvan stepped up and turned to Senka, "If I may, Alpha...you might let her prove her loyalty...have her watched at all times until you are satisfied if her intentions."
