Scar stiffined. His voice was low, "I got them when I lost my family...and my sister. Not pretty, am I? Even my name is lost to me...I can not remember it. The other loners call me Scar...I have well earned that name." his eyes gleamed under his white pelt. "I can tell you are lying...please." his eyes begged her. "Please tell me that she is okay?"

Zero padded up from behind Aella and Kludd. "You judge wolves by their pelts, not their hearts, Aella?" she growled with anger quivering in her voice. "You know the rules. If a wolf wishes to speak to the alphas, it is for me and Wildfire to judge if they leave or not. We don't need your help."

"Who made you my mother?" She challenged. She stood right in front of her snarling.
