Faedon drew her tongue over the mismatched-eyed pup, and nuzzled her closer to her belly. "And she will be Linden." Faedon's eyes shown with unconditional love for her pups.The amount of love she had for them was greater than the height of all of the mountains in their territory... of all of the mountains in the world.

Faedon looked out the mouth of the den, watching as the warm orange rays of dawn spread over the forest like a blanket. It was the dawn of a new day - and a new world for these pups.

Cody had loped away into the forest. He was focusing on hunting down a rabbit to get his mind off of Faedon, Phoenix, and their pups; a part of him was happy for them, and a part of him resented them. That could have been Willow and I...

Hallie walked through the PinePack territory woods, taking long, leggy strides. She wasn't the playful and energetic pup she had once been, and was growing up into just the opposite.

Aella padded out of the den where Kludd was sleeping. She was 2 years old and didn't have a mate witch bothered her... Her mother was this age when her and Hunter got together... Oh god! What will Hunter say when he finds out that she's a loner now!? She raced outside and bumped into a small rabbit. Once at impact she killed the bunny. Aella's fur was ruffled, but she ate the rabbit anyways with mare gulps.

Piper smiled and nodded. "Together." she repeated, her eyes still sparkling with the thrill of the chase. She scanned their prize. "How will we get it back? I guess we'll just have to drag it!"

Scar followed expectantly, his footfall making hardly a sound as he padded after the alpha. He caught a whiff of a familiar smell...and then lost it. He shook his head. Patience...you'll find out soon enough.

Kado busily crawled over his siblings and curled up next to his mother. He fell asleep almost instantly.
