Girvan took a big bite of the juicy rabbit and pondered, his face a mask of mock sincerity. "No, I think that will be all. You may rest now and share my rabbit." He tried to keep up his charade but broke into a grin, chuckling. He pushed the rabbit a bit closer to Garnett.

Garnet laughed and took a bite.

Girvan watched her with a smile. His pain almost forgotten as he shared the meal with her. is this what it's like to fall in love? he wondered. He had always felt a cone tion to Garnett, but perhaps this was more. He had always admired the way she handled herself and took care of Wish. He shook his head. Don't be stupid, Girvan...You have nothing to offer her. You can't even keep yourself from being shot!

The second Akira could slip past Fern and into the den, she bolted through like a racehorse out of the starting gate. She was like a gray and white blur, and within seconds, she was back outside the den... With a pup dangling from her jaws. "What now?" she snarled to Fern, and grinned to goad her on.

Fern gasped and screamed to the skys. "DROP MY BABY YOU B***!!!" she crouched but dared not leap, her little son dangled from the jaws of the hateful she-wolf...he certainly would be killed. She looked desperately around her for help from her pack mates, barely holding back her sobs...

"Nah." Akira would have yawned if she could. "Anyways, go away."

Stone surged into the densite seconds after hearing Fern's shout. A furious snarl ripped up from his throat. "Lay a paw on our pups, and I'll rip your flesh from your very bones, you pitiful deerheart!"

Akira's eyes turned to ice and her mocking attitude vanished. "Oh, I'm not putting my paws on it. I have my teeth on it." She bared her gleaming fangs, which were silver in the moonlight.

Fern's instinct was to snatch back her pup and rip Akria to shreds, make her beg for death before she finaly ended her...but her pup.

There was no way to attack her with him in her jaws like that. "Please no..." she whispered.

Akira's muzzle twisted in a sinister smirk. "Now you can't fight back," she muttered. Akira turned on a dime, and she darted into the woods with lightning speed and swiftness. The pup yelped as cried as it dangled from her jaws; the wind was chilly as it brushed through his fur, and he longed for the warmth of his mother and the den.

"NOOOO!" Fern screamed. The tears she was crying burned as she was frozen to the spot, her other two pups squirming between her feet. "No...SOMEONE!!! Watch my pups!" She raced after Akira hate filling her bloodshot eyes. A snarl of rage filling her throat.
Akira looked over her shoulder as she heard pawsteps thundering behind her. She smirked and kicked her pace up a notch; in a single powerful bound, she cleared the river. The pup's cries for its mother echoed throughout the forest.

After Nyx and Storm had disappeared, Lark had taken over as the alpha. "I'm coming, Fern!" she shouted as she broke into a sprint after Fern and her pup's kidnapper.
A black streak flashed to the right of Akira's path. Dry leaves and branches crackled and snapped, and then a second later a black he-wolf burst through the foliage. Ebony flashed her a grin, then a wink, and fell back. He intended to take out any attackers that were trailing the she-wolf.

Through the pup's scruff, Akira barked a greeting that had a devious hint to it. She kicked up her pace to full speed; she was like a gray and white blur, blazing through the forest at blinding speed as she approached the border.

Girvan watched her with a smile. His pain almost forgotten as he shared the meal with her. is this what it's like to fall in love? he wondered. Piper started to cry as the loner got closer but she growled at herself, "Scar wouldn't cry! Astrong wolf never cries!" she shook her head to clear the tears and wearily tried to stand.
She was hardly reconcilable...her soft sleek pelt was rough and unkempt, hanging of her bone-thin form raggedly. Her once bright eye were dull and void of the light that used to dance in them, their purple luster now faded to a deep, sad blue.

Garron's heart broke when he saw her. He wished that he could race over to her, comfort her like he had before... But because of Scar, now that was impossible. Garron could feel rage bubble up in his veins as she watched Piper from behind a spruce tree.

(( This song fits Piper and Garron pretty well too
))

(Perfect song from Garron's perspective! But http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=0dYlvdLdK9w is perfect for both...mainly Piper though.)

Piper stood there, her nose trying to Decker who was there. The scent was clouded...as if whoever carried it had rolled in the mud and fell in the river. She took a few steps forward, trying to look brave. "Who's there!" She demanded in a fear filled whisper.
She tried to catch the smell again...
Piper mad a gurgling gasp and stumbled back. "G...Garron? " she cried her voice cracking.

Garron's unmistakeable eyes seemed to glow in the shadowy depths of the forest. His eyes were drowned in unimaginable sorrow, but there was no response from him. Instead, he tucked his tail, drooped his ears, and started to back away.

Piper saw him start to leave and scrambled forward, stumbling over the dead deer in her haste. "No...Garron please! Please."
Her voice became louder as she came closer, "I don't want to lose you again...I couldn't bear it. Ill die!" And looking at her, there was no doubt that what she said was true.
