Garron listened all the way through, still and silent. By the end his hatred for Darkpack had swelled to the breaking point but he hid it well. He simply placed his paw on hers and whispered, "I know saying that I'm sorry won't help, Garnet...but...If I can to anything...anything at all to help you...I will." he looked away and growled like he never had before, it was low, vicious and terrifying. "Darkpack will one day pay for the many lives they have destroyed! I hope at least, if I can't live to see them fall....i at least hope I can take them down with me."
(Oh look, he's vengeful. Knew there was a reason Garnet liked him!)
Garnet looked him in the eyes, "Save Kodiak for me." She sighed, "There's something else. Almost every night, I've dreamt about Kodiak killing Scorch and my pups." She felt nervous, unsure whether to go on, but she felt he deserved to know. "This time, it wasn't Scorch that he killed. It was you. And -"
Shut up, Garnet! Shut up! "And I think it's because he took away what I loved, and I'm afraid he'll do it again."
No! Why did you tell him that! You don't even know if he feels that way! What's wrong with you! She looked down.
