(Girvan, Garnet and Faedon went to the spot where Duke and Klash fought to see if they could find out who almost killed Duke, and Kado and Lyric followed them)

Cody trotted in with a thrush clenched in his jaws. "Here, Fy." He nudged it to her with a smile.

(( Where'd the cute little nickname come from? . ))

"I don't want it," she groaned, pushing it away with her nose. "I'll just throw it all back up."

 

[Gertrude McFuzz]

"It's Klash." said Garnet.

 

[The Breaker]

After Ripple was gone for about thirty minutes Destoe began to see if he could get his scent trail. After sniffing around for a minute he found it, he then followed it untill he came to a river, he smiled and then rolled in the river him self so Ripple wouldn't smell him as easily. After that he walked down the river looking for any sign of Ripple. He then found a mud puddle that looked like it had been rolled around in, he then foiled tracks, he followed them untill the mud faded. He then put his nose in the air trying to get Ripples scent. He then thought he smelt a whif of it he began to follow it.

Ripple could hear Destoe approaching. He swore under his breath and took off running again. He looped around and went back the way he came. He rolled in the mud again and wiped his paws in the grass to get rid of any mud on his feet. Then he waded back out into the river, but this time he stayed in the water longer before getting out. He took the long way back to the densite.

Cody trotted in with a thrush clenched in his jaws. "Here, Fy." He nudged it to her with a smile.

"I don't want it," she groaned, pushing it away with her nose. "I'll just throw it all back up."

Cody's smile faded and his eyes dimmed. "I'm sorry." He hid the bird so that its scent wouldn't nauseate her.

"It's Klash." said Garnet.

Faedon's eyes narrowed to slits. "Let's go back and tell Senkah. He's going to pay. Dearly."

 

[The Breaker]

He once again put his nose in the air and found a bit if his scent, he then followed it to a river, he knew he wouldn't be able to find his scent now, he had to go off of his surroundings now. He went down stream untill he found where Ripple had gotten out of the water, he then looked for any marking he could on the ground. He eventually came to a trail it was the long way back to the den site but it was a trail. He followed it until he found ripple at the den site, he laughed quietly to him self and said "very smart hidding in plan site" he then ran out of the woods and jumped at Ripple

Ripple hit the ground when Destoe jumped at him. He gasped, not expecting it, and then growled. He jumped to his feet. "How did you find me?"
