"Oh, come on! Name once I was wrong!" Girvan huffed...then he paused. "Oh, boy...I walked right into that one..."

"Well, there was that time when you let yourself get shot." Garnet suggested innocently.

"NO!" Jisrun's eyes were filled with anger, fear, and terror. "Not Darkpack!" he took off running as fast as his old paws would let him, following the pups trails as Kludd had. No...please Lopus, no!

Fyra stood at the mouth of her den, glancing back every now and then to her pups, who were sleeping soundly.

Girvan lifted his head and gave her a reproachful/superior glance, "I didn't let myself get shot!" he huffed. "I was gallantly saving the pack. Well...it was rather a stupid, life-threatening way of doing it...but I DID keep the hunters away long enough for the pack to get away."
He looked away and smiled, "You were so worried for me..." he sighed, "Until I woke up...then it was all, 'Oh! Girvan, how could you be so stupid!'....but I saw through your bluster. You were actually quite proud of me, weren't you?" he asked with a mischievous smile.

"Bluster? I don't bluster. I gave you the talk that you needed to hear to prevent you from doing something stupid like that again. Of course, you'll probably do something stupid again."

Ripple scoffed and rolled his eyes. "Sure I will." He said sarcastically. Ripple picked Falcon up by his scruff and brought him over to Destoe and Vashti.

"I'm fine," She pushed past him. "I can take care of myself."

"No, Teru, you can't." Klash said sternly. He looked away and sighed. "I'm starting to think you have a bit too much of me in you." He said with a smirk. "Come on, let's get back to the den before your mother chews both of our hides."

Girvan smiled sagely, "You do too bluster! But in a good way..." he reassured her. "As for doing something stupid...I've got you to remind me that I shouldn't do idiotic things. With your guidance, one day I may actually stop doing these things you call stupid."
