Ripple gasped and choked out the words, "I thought you said you wouldn't bite hard?" He growled and then twisted around, trying to get Destoe and himself onto the ground so he had a better chance of getting out of his hold.

"I had a plan." Ripple growled. "Had I been on the ground when you first grabbed me, I would have kicked you in the stomach, causing you to release your hold in shock." He shrugged his shoulders. "But I didn't get that far."
