Senkah led the pack into the mountains, taking long, powerful strides. Faedon was sprinting beside her, carrying half of her litter in her jaws, while Hades carries the other three. Senkah kept her attention focused, up until she heard a gunshot ring out close by... Much too close.

Fyra was sprinting to catch up, Echo following close behind, having obviously ignored her sister's protests and the fact she wasn't welcome.

Linden squirmed in Hades's jaws, yelping her protest and loudly.

Kado whimpered in fear. The sounds hurt his ears. He didnt feel safe out here, even though he was with his mother.

Girvan yelped as the bullet split the bark of the tree next to him. He veered off to his left, away from the pack and barked, drawing the hunters away.
They kept letting loose a few shots at the wolf, he stayed in the shadows and was hard to see but they didn't mind a challenge.

Vashti laughed and said as if reading his thoughts, "I saw a couple of rabbits not far from here, that way." she pointed with her tail.

Piper nodded and raced off, hoping to prove herself.
Scar's eyes became slits of ice as he turned slowly and padded off, his nose searching for Garron's scent. He wanted to find the wolf and...clarify...what he meant by his look when they had meet. He stalked closer, he could smell Garron close.
