"Shhh..." Was all he replied. He looked up at her, and before she could do anything, he kissed her.

"Echo?" A worried voice rose from the mouth of the cavern where Echo had taken Fyra. "What's wrong with her?" For the moment, he didn't care that she wasn't supposed to be here. He hadn't seen Fyra yet, nor did he know of her condition- all he knew was that he smelled blood... Fyra's blood.

( I'll assume this is Cody. )

"Yeah, that's my name!" Echo snapped. "Now help me with Fyra! One of the twolegs (human) shot her in the shoulder!"

Panic surged through his veins when Cody heard of her condition. "Don't yell at me!" he roared with the fury of a blizzard as he surged into the cave, and knocked Echo aside with a powerful shove. "You aren't even supposed to be here!" Anxiety tingled in his paws as he grabbed Fyra by her scruff and began to carry her back to his den.

Echo yelped as she crashed into a nearby tree. "I know it, but you think I'm gonna leave when my sister is dying?! KEEP DREAMING!!!

"SHUT UP, THE TWO OF YOU!!!" Fyra's voice pierced the unsteady air. "I'm dying and all you two are doing is ARGUING!"

"Let's see what Senkah and Hades have to say about that," he spat, but his words were muffled by Fyra's scruff, "TRAITOR!" He then broke into a sprint, keeping Fyra's scruff clenched in his jaws with an iron grip. As he broke into the densite, he howled, "FYRA IS HURT!" And without waiting for a response, he bolted to his den.
