Duke ran up to Jisrun. "Hey man, are you okay?" Duke was out of breath from fighting the bear, but other than a scratch on the side of his face, he was unharmed. "I heard your howl for help, and I came as fast as I could."

"Och, I'm FINE!" Jisrun said in a half growl. "Stop fussing over me like I'm dying. Thanks, Duke but the you missed all the fun. The bears gone now. Seriously, Kludd...your mate needs you now more than I do." Jisrun leaned close and told him in whisper of the pup that don't make it. "Go and be with your family." He turned and padded into his den and sat down, licking his wounds.

Kludd couldn't believe what jisrun had told him, he ran back to Aella and said " jisrun told me about the pup that didn't make it, I'm so sorry Aella." Kludd said trying to comfort her.

kludd smiled and said " those are perfect names." He then licked winter at the top of her head
