Thunder's heart melted. "Sierra, I'm so sorry." He rushed to her side. Sierra shushed him quickly. "It was not your fault." She said sternly. "I was pushy, and said some awfully rude things to Nike. I hurt his pride bad. Very bad." Her eyes glazed over with guilt. Thunder shook his head. "No, that doesn't give him any reason to try and kill his own sister." Sierra turned sharply to him. "He's not just my brother anymore. He has a mate, pups, and is the alpha of the pack. He has so much resting on his shoulders." Thunder understood. "I know." Then his muscles tensed. "But he isn't going to get away with it. I'm his father, and will always be." His words turned into a snarl, and he stalked out of the den.
Sierra whimpered, "I'm going to get my father killed." She turned to West. "And it will be my fault!"

Safina gently picked up summer. Kara turned and jogged towards the dens. Aki followed. He decided he would get the pups settled and then go patrol the border of his new home.

Summer's eye lids drooped, and soon she fell fast asleep in Safina's jaws. Mari smiled at her pup, then hurried to walk beside Aki. Since she couldn't talk through Faolen's fur - he was wriggling to much - she spoke with her eyes. We're alphas Aki! We're alphas!

Rain loped through the woods, and crossed AmeroqPack's border. "Aki?!" She called, not wanting to sneak up on them and get attacked.

"No!" West said sternly "It'll be your brother's fault." He nuzzled Sierra. "He should not have broken this back, or tried to kill a member or his sister. We Are Not DarkPack!" He said strongly.

Kara walked around a towering pine and entered the den site. In the back, in the middle of the site was a huge cave. Aki jogged over, sniffing the entrance, Kara had obviously lead them to a new den site as not even here scent was strong. Aki walked in and placed the Tala at the back of the cave. Safina jogged in after him, placing the tiny sleeping summer beside her sister. "You guys grow soon......Okay?" She smiled "so we can play."

Aki padded out of the den and set off to mark the territory boundaries. He spotted a wolf up ahead. He jumped in front of her path, snarling. "Rain?"

Mahala barked at Lupus, "Who are the alphas of this pack, and what is the name of this pack?"

Sierra just looked at him. "I know, but I can't shake the feeling that I'll be the one at fault."

Thunder stalked up to Nike's den. "Nike!" He bellowed. Nike scrabbled to the entrance, "What." He snarled when he saw his father. "Get over here." Thunder growled. Nike raised his muzzle. "Why?" He said casually. "You know why!" Thunder snarled. Nike gave in, he walked to his father, his head held high in a dominant position. Thunder stepped over to a shaded part of the den site.

Mari smiled at Safina. "They will." She said, and Summer opened her eyes. Faolen tottered over to his mother and fell asleep by her side.

Rain skidded to a halt. "Aki," She began, crouching low, submitting. "We need to talk to you." She pointed to North with her tail. "There are 3 pups, and their mother died. They are new-borns, and need milk. We were wondering if, maybe Mari would be willing to nurse them. If she still has milk."

West nuzzled Sierra, "It'll be oaky." He soothed. He stood up and padded to the den entrance, and looked on at Nike and Thunder, staying clear out of the way, but there if Thunder should need help.

Aki sighed, "This way." He said turning back towards the dens. "You'll have to ask Mari." Then he growled sharply "But we aren't going back!"

Lupus trotted, they were almost to the dens. "Aki and Mari." He said "they used to be the betas in stonepack." He looked around "Our land is called Ameroq." He jumped over a fallen log and trotted into the den sight.

"Aki? Mari?" He called
