Akira hadn't heard anymore gunshots in awhile and Nyx nor Koga had come back yet, she was in full blown panic mode now.

...a moment later the hunter moved no more.

Aki smiled at Nyx, "you want help getting him back?" Koga shook barely standing, his left hind leg hung useless from his body.

Luna entered a few moments later and laid down, to clean the mud from her paws.
