Storm almost fell on his rear, half-leaping half-stumbling back, it caught him hard in the back, not breaking his spine but bruising it badly.

She snarled, and went for his legs.

Storm raised his front paws, aiming for her head. You fight like your mother, he thought, remembering Atra.

She tried to dodge but got a large gash on her muzzle and head, it stung. She stumbled back shaking her head. She put her head down and charged at his stomach.

Storm didn't regain his bearings completely until she struck him, sending him crashing into a tree with a long slash on his belly.

Luna walked up to Storm "remeber that," she said nodding her head towards his belly "for the next time we meet." She turned and slipped into the shadows. "Hmmm, where is my mom?" She thought. With that she headed back to darkpack.

Storm snarled, sitting up. He couldn't believe that younger wolf had gotten him Maybe I am getting old, he thought. At least he hadn't ran. I should go find Nyx.

Luna entered darkpack land, she immediately smelled blood, her mother's blood! She ran following the scent to the den her mom was in. She poked her head, "mom?" She whispered

Kara walked away from darkpack lands, she wandered back to the shared territory. She stalked through the tall grass in a clearing, she heard quail calling, hidden in the grass. She ran flushed them out, and leapt... she missed only getting a mouth full of feathers. "Stupid bird." She muttered
