Koga limped back to den, Akira walked along side him, supporting his weight. All of sudden they smelled a strange scent inside their territory. "Sky." Koga worried. Akira stiffened "go check, I'm gonna follow the scent." She bounded off, nose to the ground following the unfimilar scent, it was leading her right back to darkpack....

Koga wobbled up the hill until he could finally see the dens. "Sky!?" He barked.
Sky bolted out of the den, "daddy!" She yelped and ran to him. "Where is West?"
Koga's head dropped "he's not coming back baby."

Storm and Nyx started to head back, sniffing and bristling when they smelled the strange wolf.
 
As night fell, the temprature started to drop and drop and drop, shadows breath froze as it left his mouth, all the prey seemed to leave the forest, something darrk and evil was coming, only time seemed to move, and that seemed slow.

Akira raced on following the strange wolf's scent. She halted a boulder that peeked out of a small hill. She saw storm and Nyx coming. She turned away, she felt horrible, she felt she had thrown the pack int a pointless battle and know they were hurt.... again! She was responsible for incurring the wrath of darkpack, and she knew one day they would get vengeance. She sulked off to think.

"I'm sorry." Aki said nudging her comfortingly "i couldn't imagine the horror."

Storm and Nyx stepped onto Emeraldpack territory. Storm paused to lick a wound on his back, "I wonder if that trespasser is still here."

"Well.." he said "i came out here to think... to figure out why I've been so angry." He paused "i was going to wander, try to find a mate." He smiled at her. "I think my loneliness has made me angry."

Mari nosed Aki gently. "Don't be angry Aki." she smiled at him. "I had been a loner, for a long time. Until now. I was angry at everything and everybody. I would trespass on a packs territory, just to start a fight." She shrugged. "I didn't really know why I did that, but somehow I got "revenge"." She smiled again. "I'm very happy now Aki."

"I'm glad." Aki grinned, he hadn't felt this happy in awhile. "Truth be told," he paused "never mind its stupid."
