Dove had slept on the river bank that night feeling more comfortable now that she had made contact with the emerald pack. She streatched out her body and let out a yawn, only to be startled by her own stomach growling. "Hmmm, that's what I get for not eating in two days...I wonder if I can hunt...I forgot to ask them that...genius. Fish again I guess."
To her luck there was a log that lay out across the river, always the best spots to fish. Careful to make as little noise she crept across it's mossy surface and crouched low, staring into the deep cold water. Many silver minnows darted here and there, sparkling in the current, but her eyes were drawn upon a great big trout that was hiding just below her log, staring at the minnows, waiting for his chance. She darted her head into the water, snapping the great fish into her mouth, but the current pushed her head under the log and her footing slipped landing her in the river.
