"No, no." She said. She went over to Hougen's body and checked to make sure he was actually dead.

Ebony winced. "But," He shook his head. The she-wolf obviously wasn't too unhappy about Hougen's death. "Sorry." He said quickly, then padded away into the forest to think.

Oce Ebony was gone, Koyuki looked at Hougen's body with pity. "Poor fool. I knew this fate would befall you some point or another." She sighed in shame at her dead mate, then went out to hunt.

Koyuki shortly returned to the dens with a rabbit in her jaws, a strange new perkiness in her step that hadn't been there before.

Aki limped back to the den site. He whimpered with each step, his light gray coat was matted with blood and the wound as his neck gaped and dripped more blood. He blacked out in the woods, a mile from the dens.

Luna helped Caine back to the dens. He laid down in the cool darkness of the cave, his belly was torn up and badly bleeding, he licked it to stop the blood flow, he whimpered and winced. "I'm gonna die." He thought.

Luna paced outside, her paw and face was swollen from bites. She growled, a fury building her.

Atra stood in shock for a few moments before muttering, "Good riddance." and resuming her search for Nighta.
