"It was an old pack," Senkah said, narrowing her eyes slightly. "Stonepack and Silverstorm had been having a huge feud for as long as I can remember. I had just recently become the alpha female after Hades had asked me to be his mate, and Silverstorm tried to assassinate him. After he recovered we attacked them and destroyed them in the raid on Silverstorm."

"Silverstorm was an old pack on the very edges of the known territories. It was in the beyond the territories, and its alphas were SilverRain and Darkstorm.The beta was Shiro. They were mostly unknown by the other packs, as they rarely strayed close, and gave no signs that another pack was there."

"She was wounded and got lost. A group of loners took her in, and she's been trying to get back all this time. Silverstorm was MANY miles away, and it was unfamiliar territory."
