Ebony danced out of the way, cringing. "Okay, well, lets see." he thought for a moment. "I'll be right back!
he called as he raced out of the camp. He plunged down a hill, and waited for prey. Soon a small mouse gathering tiny nuts scampered by. Perfect. Ebony thought. He swiped his paw out hitting the mouse, to stun it, but not kill it. He picked up the wriggling mouse and trotted back to camp with his head held high, trying not to be bit by the frightened mouse. When he reached West's side, he plopped the mouse down, and quickly trapped it with his paw. "Alright." she said to West. "Lets se how well you can hunt." he let go of the mouse, and it sprang away, dashing to a nearby bush. "Quick! Catch it!" Ebony barked, wagging his tail.
