Mari saw Aki's glance out of the corner of her eye, and looked at him, but he was already playing with Elan. "Uh uh!" Elan squealed. Chayton couldn't let his brother out-though him, so he leaped at Aki, aiming for his face, but missed completely, and hit the upper part of his leg. Scarlet burst out in a fit of high pitch giggles.

West padded up to Sierra and dropped a large hare in front of her. "Dinner!" He smiled. Then suddenly became sullen as he thought of how Ebony had taught him to hunt.

Sierra turned and happily licked her mates face. "Thank you!" She yipped. Then his sad smell washed over her, and she knew he was thinking of his past. She nuzzled him gently.
