Nike was now the leader of Stonepack with Senkah, Sierra was West's mate, and now her new pups were growing steadily, becoming strong members of Stonepack. The pack that their brother and his mate leads. Thunder nuzzled his mate, and nudged Élan, who was playing tug of war on his fathers ear.

A weird look glazed over Sky's eyes and she whined, then bolted into the woods. As she ran she howled. Sobs heaved her chest up and down and choked out her howl. She sprinted into the small shared territory. She came to rest on a small hill and stared back at her pack borders. She wondered if they would miss her. She set back off, headed to the stonepack border, once there she howled.
