Onyx whimpered, and licked Lupus.  "Shhhh." He crooned. 

"Hold his head!"
Silver snapped. Jasmine tried to hold his head down. Silver walked over and sniffed his breath. It smelled sweet, but weirdish salty smell.

Lupus struggled under the weight of the 'attackers'. His yelps grew wild and desperate.

Sky followed closely as they neared the dens.

Yukon stopped on the brow of a hill and looked down at his brother "Aki!" He snarled.
"Yukon" Aki said with hatred.
Yukon jumped down in front of him, snarling and bristling. "What do you want?"
"A wolf named Sky showed up at our border, she is carrying your pups!" Aki snapped.
Yukon froze, he had know clue that Sky was carrying pups. "Why would she go there?!" He demanded.
"Her brother is in our pack!" Aki said.
"What do you want me to do?" Yukon said in a nasty tone.
Aki's rage boiled and he bit down into his brother's shoulder, tearing flesh.
Yukon yowled and jumped back into pine pack territory.
"Do you want to be a father or not!" Aki demanded.
Yukon flicked his tail and disappeared into the forest.
Aki snarled in frustration and raced off for home.

Nighta and caine caught up with Atra and Luna, who were stalking a herd of deer. "Want help?" Nighta asked.
"Yes." Luna smiled at the familiar wolf and set her sights on the huge buck.
