Sotob looked at some grass
 
(Chayton, Scarlet, and Elan are now 1 year and a half.)

Scarlet stretched out in the sun, grooming her fur. Her brother Chayton was gnawing on a piece of meat a little ways beside her. Scarlet sighed. Her brother Elan had a mate, and Chayton seemed to not really want a mate, but Scarlet, well, she was a tad jealous of Elan. She wanted a mate. She got up, and started to pad out of camp. "Hey, where are you going?" Chayton asked, standing up. Scarlet turned around. Her brother was a huge wolf, with a large head, and a strong body, just like their father. "I'm going to the river. Want to come?" She smiled, wagging her tail. "Uh sure." Chayton yipped, and trotted out beside her. Scarlet nipped his ear, sprinting away. Chayton laughed, and bolted after her.
