Mari just stared at Aki in confusion and worry. "Did he know it was you?" She asked, nuzzling him gently.

Sierra snarled at Hollystep, waiting for Nike to do something. Nike growled. "Where are you from?"

Nebrivo trotted up behind Quartz, growling. This stranger was too close to his mate and pups...

Make one wrong move... he thought, And you're a dead wolf... after the incident with Cedar, Nebrivo was cautious, and aggressive, and very wary of new wolves until they somehow proved themselves faithful to the pack.

Aki shook his head, "not at first." He looked at Mari, his eyes and tone serious and somber. "I can't stay here."


West skidded to a halt when he saw Sierra and Nike by a strange wolf. "Sierra?" He said quietly, eyeing Nike.
