Night and Clover were bugging Storm and Nyx. trying to get them to hunt with them.
Storm's tail twitched in annoyance, "You just ate!"
"But we want to be good hunters!" Night insisted. Clover nodded.
Thrush padded up. "What's going on, dad?"

Keeping her eyes forward she left the wolf slowly circle her. She let him see her strength in not attempting to keep her gaze on him. She knew if need be she could run or attack if it came down to it. Warily she thought of what would become of this meeting. He clearly was a loner or an outcast, he wouldn't be alone otherwise. The alpha in her homeland always made sure two wolves were together at once. No unwanted attacks from enemies or males seeking a female.

Yukon's muzzle twisted with a sneer, "Why join a pack when you can join me?" He meant his words to sound evil, instead they sounded sad, desperate almost.

Sky heard the plea for what is was. Nervously she licked her lips as she finally turned to meet the wolfs eyes. She did not know enough about this wolf to really make a sure decision. " We don't each other. I would rather be alone than get comfortable and have my neck snapped in the middle of the night." He nostrils flared out as she wavered on what to do.
