Summer let go, her big brown eyes looking from her mother, to her father. Then she turned, and walked to the den, her tiny tail between her legs.

"Nah, I ate a bit earlier." Sierra replied, looking through the trees. "Gosh, it sure is pretty today."

Yukon looked up at her, he hadn't exactly heard the question, as he had been lost in thought. "Fish is fine." He smiled. Trying to act like he had heard her. He shook his body, shaking out his fur, and trying to clear his head.

Aki waited until she was out of sight, then his body trembleend and whine escaped his lips, he had realized how close he had come to losing her today, and it broke his heart.

"It really is." West smiled, finishing the rabbit.
