Growling, Hawk stalked over to Riley, as if watching a piece of prey. Her muscles rippling under her pelt, she held herself dominant, as if she was an alpha and Riley was an omega. "Don't pick a fight with me, mouse-brain. I'll shred you like you've never known."

Mari however was locked in a furious battle with Ebony. The lanky black wolf was beating Mari in speed, but she was beating him in attacks. She was quick, and was very powerful.

Ebony began to circle, making Mari turn to always keep her eyes on him. A toothy grin was plastered on Ebony's maw, a grin of sly desires. "Seems you are pretty desperate." Mari sneered, her jaws snapping inches from his muzzle. "Nope, not at all." Ebony managed to shrug as he jerked his face away from her teeth. "We just want to get rid of the insignificant, pitiful little packs around here. Yours, well, it is the bottom of all of 'em." He winked cruelly. Mari trembled with anger. "I hope you have some more wolves back at camp, 'cause the other 'insignificant little packs' might get ideas." She hissed. "Oh, I can assure you my dear, we definitely do." He snickered. Mari, unable to contain herself any longer, launched a vicious attack upon him. Clashing in the air, she latched her jaws around his shoulder, biting deep, causing blood to well up around her teeth. Ebony yowled angrily, twisting up, then down, aiming to flatten her to the den floor.
Mari uttered a muffled yelp as she felt her spine being pressed hard against the floor. She frantically snapped up at his throat, snarling viciously. Ebony sneered; "Poor little Riverpack. Gonna' be snuffed out like a light." He jeered. Mari flung her back paws up at his hips, causing him to flip over her head. He landed on all fours though, and sprang back at her. Mari returned the attack.

Venus and Stripe hid in their hollowed out rock, quivering in fear as they watched the battle go on. "We have to get out of here," Venus whispered.

Wind searched for Scarlet (again) :p.

Lightning took her pups out to the river to teach them to fish. They were growing fast, and were already good hunters.

Nikki sighed, curling her tail neatly around her paws as she sat by the river. Almost all of her siblings had mates now, and she missed Lightning, and her real mother. She felt lonely, and longed for a mate.

(Haha!)
Scarlet loped into the den site, her jaws wrapped around a rabbit.

Elan smiled, walking behind them.

Chayton slowly walked up to Nikki, his golden eyes curious. "Um, hey, what's wrong?" He asked awkwardly.

Wind padded over to her, "hey!"

Lightning sat by the river, and began explaining to her pups. "Now don't let your shadow-"

"FISHY!" Spottedleaf yipped, diving into the water. The fish was scared away. Spottedleaf splashed wildly, and Thrushpelt yipped, diving in too. Lightning gave a resigned sigh, shaking her head.

"Ah, nothing. I just miss Lightning," Nikki sighed.

Riley smiled less than impressed.." Did I say I was going to fight? Only a mouse brain would jump to conclusions so fast.." Riley said softly as she sat. No threat in her voice, the last of her agressive side slipping away.." Was just complimenting you.."

Gardenia leaned against him slightly. "I don't think lone wolves stand a chance out there alone."
Growling in frustration Tia realized she could see little from where she hid. Slinking away from the bush she shadowed the she wolf (atra). Her eyes traveled quickly around the area..Making sure there were no wolfs that would attack this one.." Don't worry she wolf,mom..I'll watch over you.." Tia said softly..

"Sure you were." Hawk sniffed. She sat down, and scratched her ear. "So, why were you watching me, anyway?" The fur along her spine began to line flat.
